Hello. I'm using a form to allow registration and payment for a webinar. How can I automatically send login info to my registrants only once payment has cleared through PayPal?

It depends on the login info you are sending, are they fixed and does not dynamically changed?
Here's an autoresponder where I edited the email body/template:
The autoresponder will only be sent IF the form is successfully completed, which means if you have a Paypal integration on it, they should complete the payment before seeing the thank you confirmation.
If in case the user did not complete the payment for any reason (accidentally closed the browser or abandoned the payment gateway on purpose), then it will be marked as "Incomplete Payment", it will be listed in your "Incomplete Payment" submissions, notifications and autoresponders will not be triggered.
