Can you please provide us URL of your website so that we can inspect your code?

When you paste the Jotform URL did you make sure that the Jotform URL is on its own line and not hyperlinked?

If you have Wordpress.org version please see this guide:

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi, I've used wp plugin now, but it's also not working properly, you have to reload the page 2 to see the forms http://www.tangogentleman.si/tango-gentlemen-christmas-double-edition/ . I've checked this guide and it didn't work for me, all I got was the link, that is why I used the plugin option in the end, but it is not ok.

    Thank you!

I have inspected both URL's you provided and forms are loading correctly on my end. I do not need to reload the page to see the form.

I also saw that you have embedded your forms with script code. Are you still unable to view your form when you open your website? Can you try with different browser? Which device and browser are you using?

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, I am trying in chrome and MS Edge, for me it doesn't load when I open the page and it also doesn't load for a friend of my, who was trying on Opera too.

It is true, I used plugin, because if I use your embed links directly (as your guide suggests), I only get a link to a form on the page, which I don't wan't.

    Thanks for helping out!

    Hi,

I think it could be something in your end , since I can load both forms, I tried using Chrome, Opera , Firefox and Internet Explorer, I was able to load your forms without reloading the page.

Now, since any of the options you have tried worked, I would suggest you to use the IFrame method :

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Let us know if it works.

    Thanks.

Hi, thank you @msimpy, @Bjoanna and @Kevin_G. For me it is still very slow loading and it doesn't work any other way than with a wp plugin. My friend tried it on his computer, other location (but the same country & continent) and for him is the same. Anyway, it is comforting that at least for your works.
