Box Integration : Submissions are not being sent to Box

    We have a Box integration with our forms, but we seem to only be getting the PDF form submission.  Files are not being sent to Box.

     

    I have tried to remove the integration and re integrated with no change.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate your issue, I have cloned your form and made the integration with Box, after submitting the form I received the files in Box :
