We have built several forms using JotForm where once a completed form is submitted the user is taken to a blank webpage where the Thank You message should appear (see screenshot below). Please let us know if this is a known issue and whether there is anything we can do to get the Thank You message to appear.

My apologies, we had an issue earlier with thank you pages not saving correctly. If you edit and save your thank you page once again, it should then show properly.
No need to make any changes, simply click edit, then save it again immediately after.
Here is my test form with the thank you page updated:
When the form is submitted, the thank you page is now displayed.
If this does not work for your form, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

Thank you David! Your solution fixed my problem and it was such a simple fix. I have been reading lots of threads and this is the first to give that solution.
