I was added as a sub-user to a paid Silver account, however, when I log in it only shows that I have a free account and am not covered under my company's Silver plan. How do we make that change? I have a mass email form that I need to get out ASAP and cannot do so if I only have 100 allowed submissions.

Sub user account act like any other account. If you create forms in your account, it will have the limits of your account. It will not inherit the limits of the main account.
You would need to ask the main user to give you access to create and edit forms in their account. When you create a form in the share folders, this will use the limits of the main account.
