Hello,
Is there a way to require identical drop-down fields to require a different choice?
For example:
Drop-down choices:
A
B
C1. User chooses: A
2. User can now only choose B or C (User chooses C)
3. User can now only choose B
The options don't need to disappear from the other forms, just each number would require a different choice.
Thanks!

Hi,
If I understand your concern correctly, you want to have a validation where user cannot select the same choices. If so, you can manually setup this using conditions. Here is a sample clone form - https://form.jotformpro.com/53338377334965? that you can check. You can clone the form so you can have a closer look on the setup.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks Chriistian,
That's exactly correct. If I needed to make 28 numbers and 28 options, it looks like that would be a lot of conditions? Looks like those may not be clonable when I copied #3 to make #4?

Hi,
Yes, having a large number of fields to be validate will require a number of condition. Currently, this is the only way to setup the logic you wanted. I can help you set it up with 28 numbers and options. I will create a demo form that you can check. I will get back to you once I have set it up properly. Regarding on the cloning/duplicating field, unfortunately, when you clone a field in your form it will not clone the condition setup for the field.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi,
You can check this demo form that I have created with 28 numbers and option - https://form.jotform.com/53338377334965?. You can clone the form to have a closer look on the setup. I have optimized the form so it will not contain a lot of condition.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Christian,
I had one quick question. When the form is published, there is an "Option" box at the bottom that I didn't expect would be there. Do you know what's causing this?
It has radio buttons that say:
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3

That field is a widget that is in your form:
Deleting that field will remove it when the form is published.
