I can't preview my form

    When I click on preview or publish my form
    It appears that my form not found This form is disabled.
     
    I'm not doing any phishing or anything illegal please re-activate my account thanks.

    I have checked your forms and I have not found Phishing which is against our Terms of Use so I have reactivated your account.

    You account might be autosuspended due to having empty form.
