Google Recaptcha: Recaptcha is not properly displayed (cut-off)Asked by gordiid on November 30, 2015 at 10:48 PM
i'm using google's recaptcha tool on my form but i'm having trouble getting it to work.
It shows the usual "i'm not a robot". But when I clicked it, it presents another form that's not showing completely, as shown on images below.
I checked your form and I was able to replicate the issue you are encountering. It seems that the recaptcha field height is not properly set that makes only part of the recaptcha to be displayed.
The recaptcha should be displayed like this:
I will escalate the issue to our development team so they can further check and fix the issue. We will inform you on this thread once the issue has been fixed.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
We've fixed the re sizing bug - Google ReCaptcha will display as intended - allowing users to complete the whole challenge.
Please check - and let us know if you have any further concerns.
I have moved your concern to a new thread because we believe that we can better assist our users if they will have a thread of their own for every question they have.
You can click this link to go to the new thread created for your concern. Thank you.
