Incomplete Values error.

    I am receiving following error on my forms 

     

    Incomplete Values
    There are incomplete fields in your submission: Date/Time is required Please go back and fix the problem(s)

    May I know if the form is embedded in your website? It seems like scripts are not being loaded properly based on that error.

    If the form is embedded on a website, could you try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code instead? Here's a guide on how to get the iFrame: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code 

    Let us know if that works.
