I created an application form. The form is successfully sending a thank you email to the individual(s) who complete and submit the form.  However, how can I get email notifications each time someone completes the form?

    Thank you for your help.

There are 2 types of email alerts, the autoresponder and the email notifier. The autoresponder is the email being sent to your users who completed the form. While the email notification is the email you receive when a new submissions comes in.

I checked your form and I saw that you have both email alerts which is configured properly. Your email is not in the bounce list.  I also checked the mail logs and I can see that the submissions were sent successfully.

Please check your spam or junk folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
