    Data entered in the configurable list is not appearing when the form is reopened

    in running program,the last section of only textbox data not appear.

    i add autofill option,but the textbox data not appear in online.

    I see that there 2 accounts (amutha, iqac.cutn) registered with this email address. I understand that the textbox data is not displayed while previewing the form before submitting it. I've checked the form http://www.jotform.me/form/53170402566450 from amutha account and it seems to be working fine at my end. Could you let us know the form and from which account that you are experiencing the issue? This would help us in investigating the issue and provide you with necessary assistance.

    I see that there are several widgets are being used in your JotForm. I believe that you are referring to the data already entered to these widgets after closing and re-opening it. Please be noted that using auto-fill method is stored in the browser storage and the data entered to the widgets cannot be stored since these widgets are loaded using iframe. However, this may be achieved by using the other workaround with session method. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this method.

    Do you mean to say that you have tried the session method on your JotForm? Could you please provide the form URL/ID in question along with the main form ID so that we can take a look and see what best we can do for you.
