Writing "we will not sale or share information" good or bad

    This is a bit general as a question and is not directly related to your forms but i would think that you would know best practices and real life experience..... 

    Writing "we will not sale or share information" under a webform is a good or bad practice? 

    some say it makes people even more suspicious and other say it is important to generate trust... 

    what is your experience....

    Not really sure though, it would depend on how you are using the information shared.

    Usually, these are stated in your terms of use and of your privacy policy. You can check ours so that you can get an idea on this.

    It would be best to set a terms and conditions check box that will bind you and your customer, and that he/she agrees with the said conditions, this will create trust. You can check the following widgets that does this:
