    Hi,

I was wondering if forms will still allow uploads if my storage space is full? I have integrated google drive into my form and I know you can delete uploads from jotforms end without affecting gDrive. However i wanted to make sure that if i had a spike in form submissions people could still upload with their files going to my drive folder.

    Thanks

    Alex

    Hello Alex,

Please be noted that when you reach your submission limit or your upload storage space limit is reached, an warning email is sent to you with a time frame. If you do not upgrade your account within this time frame, all your forms are disabled. That means if your storage is full, all your forms will be disabled and it will not accept further submissions.

Please be noted that you can delete your submission records to free up the upload storage space. Deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well resulting in freeing up your upload storage space.

However i wanted to make sure that if i had a spike in form submissions people could still upload with their files going to my drive folder.

Please be noted that even if you integrate your form with gDrive, files are first uploaded in JotForm server and then only a copy is uploaded to gDrive. There is no way to only upload the files in gDrive only. You can delete the submissions form your form and it will not have any impact on the files which are already uploaded in your gDrive.

    Hope this answers your query.

    Thank you!
