Sub User Permissions

    I set up a sub user successfully, however when they login, they don't have access to edit forms.

    Is this possible?

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

    Once you setup a sub-user, you then need to set up their permissions:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

    This can be done from the "Users" section of your account settings:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users

    If your sub-user is still unable to access the forms after settings proper permissions, let us know and  we will be happy to have another look.
