How do I transfer forms to a different JotForm account?

Hello - I need to transfer two forms from my existing account to a client's account so that they can manage the forms. I cannot give them access to my account as I manage dozens of forms for different clients in there. Is there an easy way to do this without having to re-build the forms? Also, does the historic form submission data transfer along with the form transfer?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

You can share the form with them as a sub-user:

Or, we can move the forms, submissions included, for you.  However, if there are file uploads attached to the submissions, there can sometimes be issues with the files links.  They are still accessible, though you may need to change the URL when downloading the files.

If you would like us to move them, let us know the forms you would like moved, as well as the username of the account you would like them moved to and we will be happy to take care of it.
