Video Chat with Santa Business

Hello, since 2013 we've been using a scheduling program called Appointy to accept appointments and payments for our Santa Chat service. I'm hoping jotform can be a replacement for this. Is there an appointment scheduling widget or something? I want to use this through Facebook as well.
