    Hi there,

I am trying to design one of my forms, and for the past half hour, the page crashes whenever I get to the point where I click on "Upload an Image" after clicking on the following sequence of items:

    -Designer

    -Background Image

    -Upload from Right

    -Upload an Image

I have tried restarting my computer, logging out and in of your website, and closing all applications and all other tabs, and nothing allows me to upload an image for placement in the background. It is not even a problem with the picture itself, because I can't even get far enough to point to the picture itself.

Can you help? This is somewhat urgent--I am trying to meet a work deadline.

    Thank you,

    Tamara

We are sorry for the trouble caused. I've cloned your JotForm to my account and tried to change the background and it seems to be working fine at my end. I've also checked your JotForm and see that there are several images available for background. However, I notice that the size of the background images uploaded seems to be very large varies from 4MB to 20MB which may be causing this issue.

Please be noted that having this size images as the background, it also affects the loading time of the form. Please try reducing the size of the image to 1MB or less so that it should display it normally. Also, I notice that a background image has already been set to your form which is just 60kb and it seems to be loading fast.

Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
