I can no longer log in.

    I have created forms and received information from people who have filed them out. Now suddenly the form doesn't work and I cannot log in. The information was sent to me with the username oaregion3_forms and the email address was either oastepper@gmail.com or r3webmaster@oaregion3.org. What can I do to get the form back? I'm more than willing to pay for the form, just would prefer to get possession back rather than recreating it.

    Your account was temporarily disabled due to Overlimit. To enable this, you have to upgrade to one of our paid plans, or you can wait till the submissions counter resets to zero which is on the first day of the following month (e.g. February 01, 2012)

    Let me also inform you that I have manually enabled your account so that you could still continue your form transaction while you're on upgrade process, if you wish.
