Is it possible to have a unique code show on the thank you message on each form submission? I'm thinking of a situation where user completes form, and the thank you message that is generated includes a coupon that a merchant could track uses on by checking the unique ID.
Also, can field items be merged onto the thank you message too?

Yes on both counts. For a demonstration, please complete and submit this form. Basically, the form's unique submission ID was used as the coupon code. In this instance, the table in the "Compose Email" section of the autoresponder was copied to the "Thank You" message but the same tags could have been used in a paragraph instead of a table. Also, a customized unique ID could have been used instead of the one automatically generated by the form builder.
Perhaps the best way to understand how the demo form setup is to clone it and view its autoresponder and Thank You message construction.
