Problems when submitting a form

    Hello,

    Several of our survey participants have had difficulty when trying to submit our form, "UNCG Health Coaching Certificate June 2015 Application." People have submitted in the past, but supposedly people are now getting error messages that state the form is currently unavailable. Can you provide assistance?

    Hi,

    I tested your form and indeed, it is giving the "Unavailable" error when trying to complete a submission.  I checked your settings and it looks like you have "Strict Check" enabled for unique submissions:

    Try removing the check to see if that allows submissions once again.  If that still does not allow for new submissions to come through, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
