I am using jotform for a while now, but the last couple of days mails are not deliverd correctly.
I use notifications to my own email but when the last couple of days when i logon to jotform, i see like a lot of submissions while i get few notifications in my email box...
I also have the autoresponder on, so when someone fills in the form they get direct response, but i have customers mailing me and asking me why they haven't received any response yet.
Is there a problem with delivery at this moment?
I know this used to work just fine, but now it is like i only get 50% of the notifications to my email (i now have to login to jotform all the time to check teh submissions)
One more thing: when i check my submissions inbox i see a complete list with all details, there are several lines and the first line is an envelope, a clickable envelope, what kind of option is this (it's not possible to drag the line to see what is says, i can only read New....) the first 2 lines are undraggable for me somehow.. the rest i can drag to see the full discription.

We apologize for the inconveniences. We had a system issue last night, maybe the email delivery was affected that time. Can you please recheck again this time if you were now able to received email notifications? It should now be resolved.
With regards to your other question, little close envelope indicates that submissions isn't yet read/opened. It will changed to open envelope when it's click or when you read it's content.
