    email notification not being received by aol account holder

    I created a form that sends an email notification to two addresses:  one at aol.com the other to my gmail account. When the form is submitted, I get the email notification immediately, the other person at the aol account never receives his (he has over 1,000 entries in his inbox)  Do you know if there are problems with aol/huge inboxes?

    We are referencing the page directly from jotform (https://form.jotform.com/53315094982157)  ... have not published to another site.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have checked the email log for your email and I can see all email are being sent to the first email address mndschroer@gmail.com , but it's not the same to the second address mayhtm@aol.com , the second one is in our bounce list, here is the reason : 

    Reason(s) : smtp;521 5.2.1 : (DMARC:AOL) This message failed DMARC Evaluation for an AOL Domain

    Now, I will remove it from the bounce list and you should be able to receive the email notifications on this email address as well.
