No Jotform folder on Dropbox

Form claims "integration is all setup" but there is no Jotform folder. A few tests work (on Jotform and notification emails) but nothing on Dropbox. Any clues?   Thanks.  (Dropbox security settings shows Jotform app has full access)

Have not published form to website yet.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I cloned your form and made a test, I integrated the cloned form with Dropbox and I'm able to receive the submissions and the submitted files :

Now,I would suggest to select at least the submission ID as the name of the folder for each submission, I did it and it's working.

    Hope that helps.

Let us know if it works, we will be glad to assist you.

    Regards.

Thanks!  Jotform now created the unique folder on Dropbox as requested, and uses it.

    But still slight problem:

Unique-ID widget is set to a 3 digit number (with 2 padded zeros).  Yet test form uploads to a subfolder now titled with an 18 digit number (as is the PDF of the form) instead of the simple sequence ID number.

I'm sure I chose "ID" as the subfolder name.

    What am I forgetting?

    Hi,

I can see your concern is now related to the Unique ID Widget, this is why I will move it to this new thread :

    I will answer there.

    Thanks.
