How can form notifications go to multiple recipients on the SAME email?

    Previously i listed three email addresses on the notification. It used to send them all together in one email but now it sends three separate copies of the same email to each address.

    However, I have checked your form and I can see you already have configured your form as the guide above, now it sounds quite odd, since it's impossible that the email recipients are recieving different emails when in the form only is configured one email notification.

    Could you share us an image about how the notification looks in the three emails ?

    Hi, we're using conditional statements now and still have the problem. Has anything changed in the Jotform back end since I asked this question in December?

    I have checked your form and I cannot find the condition you're mentioning. 

    I have also tested your form and I can see the email notification is being sent to all the email addresses, only one email to all. 

    Could you please confirm us this? 

    Or maybe you're referring to a different form, if so, please provide us with the URL to the form so we can check it to find what's going on.

    Correct - it is set to email to everyone but instead of sending ONE email to all three recipients it sends three separate emails to each recipient.  Screenshots below.

    Can you please try deleting the current Email Notification?

    After that, clear your Form Cache to refresh the form. Then finally setup a new email notification to multiple recipients. If the issue still persists, please let us know. Thank you.

    Nope, same problem. This happens when we use the notifier directly and on other forms when we try to create unique conditions: putting multiple people in the field just means they each get separate emails.

    This is happening due to enabled 'PDF Attachment' option on your form email notification. The sending method is changed when that option is enabled.

    If you would like to list all the email recipients in one email, you will need to disabled that option, or alternatively switch to your SMTP sender (it will work properly with enabled PDF Attachment option).
