monthly donation not working

I have chekced the forms on the link you shared us, and I not able to replicate the mentioned issue, the only error I can see it's due to invalid CC , that it's because I'm using a test CC number, see how one of your forms is working on my end  :

Please, try again and let us know if your form is working properly, also if the issue is still there, share us the steps to replicate it.
