Can we make the Google Drive saved folder not use high res images?

Do you mean to say that you want to downgrade the image resolution when the images are uploaded to google drive?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to achieve this. The image which is uploaded in your form, a copy of the same image will be uploaded to google drive.
