Fillable PDF Form: Getting XML access denied error messageAsked by shorthillsdesign on December 01, 2015 at 09:37 PM
When I try to create a PDF of my form it throws an error:
========This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>13973B15EF68601A</RequestId><HostId>9EBWLE/RsOGUP3+hQkUNMJDwjxBiZkXzEIWOA46IDxkxOdRBW7VZEDFPdOx3oP7D</HostId></Error>=======
How can I fix this?
(And JotForm rules! Thank you!)
Apologies for the inconvenience. It seems like there's a problem on the fillable PDF converter. I was able to replicate the problem when I cloned your form http://www.jotform.us/form/52244408475153.
Let me forward this to our developers to have it checked and fixed. We will update you as soon as this problem has been resolved.
