How to redırect user to another page

After they click APPLY NOW, i'd want to have this form redirect the visitor
to a thank you page like:

You can redirect visitors easily with Jotform.

Here is how to do tis:

1) Click on Setup & Embed.

 

2) Click on Thank You.

 

3) Click on CHANGE PAGE LINK.

 

4) Copy and paste the URL of your thank you page and click on APPLY button.
