    Web page STILL crashes when attempting to upload a background image

    I still cannot get to the part where I upload an image in the background; the web page crashes when I click on "Background Image--Upload from Right--Upload an Image". I have tried restarting and closing all other programs and tabs. I have a feeling that the problem is that I had some oversized images uploaded in the upload section, but now how can I clear it out so that I won't have this problem anymore? I am stuck, and I am trying to meet a work deadline. Please help ASAP. I've already lost a whole day. The previous person said that the problem wasn't happening for them, but it is still happening for me.

    Hi,

     

    I checked your account and I noticed that you have already setup a background image in your form.

     

    Are you trying to change the background image of your form? I cloned your form and tried it on my end but I was not able to encounter the issue. I was able to successfully upload a background image on the form. May we know what browser are you using to edit the form? Also, may we know the size of the background image you are trying to upload so we can further check the issue? You can also try to upload the image here on this thread so we can download the image and check it on our end. To upload an image on this thread, you can follow the instructions provided in this guide: How to add screenshots images to questions in support forum.

    Yes, I am trying to change the background image. (I would actually like to change it a couple times, to see which image will work the best for our purposes).

    I am using Chrome as my browser. The image I am trying to upload is about 500kb, but it doesn't really matter because I can't even get far enough to click on the image I want.

    Here is one of the photos, to see if you can put it in there...

    Thank you for your help! My time is running out so I'm grateful if this can be done quickly.

    I am not sure why your webpage crashes but I was able to update the background image without any problem. Please take a look at the following cloned form where i have updated the background image:  https://form.jotform.com/53355420283956?

    Thank you for trying to help. As you suggested, I cloned the form and it STILL crashes! I restarted in the meantime, and closed all the extra tabs.

    Can you please tell me how I can delete all of the photos that I have uploaded? I think that this is why it crashes--too much memory required to open that particular window. Or can you do it for me? I don't need any of those photos in there anymore.

    I have deleted your current images through an Image tool.
