Hi, I've written three times with no reply in regards to my forms being transferred to a different account. What is the best way to get this done?
We have already responded you to about your request to have your forms transferred in your previous thread below -
The reason for any delays today is that we have been extremely busy today and we always aim to answer threads in the order they are received as soon as we get to them.
It seems that you might possibly not be receiving our emails when we respond to your questions so I would recommend that you make sure they didn't go into your spambox and move them to inbox to redirect them appropriately for future use. Our emails when we reply according your above jotform account would go to "firstname.lastname@example.org" since that is your current listed account email.
In the future we ask that you please be patient with us and that you do not open multiple threads about the same question since this will only cause confusion and will not get you a faster answer.
