form does not show (no preview, does not load, or...?)

I have created 2 forms. They worked perfectly & suddenly they does no show anymore. not in preview, not from the link. I can see them only from "design".

What should I do to make them work? I dont want to loose them, cause i have spent a lot of time to create them.

Is a temporary problem of yours, or?
