I have an AutoResponder set up for the form, but when a submission is made, the person filling out the form is not receiving confirmation that the form was filled out.

We recently have issue with our Email Notifications not working properly.
But our developers have informed us that this should now be fixed. If you would like to test your form and let us know if the email notifications come through, it would be much appreciated. Let us know either way and we will follow up as soon as possible.
