How do I put a table on my form

I am trying to create a Time sheet so need to enter as follows:

 

Date      Time Started     Time Finished     Total Hrs

 

I need a line for seven days

I would like to apologize, it seems that you're replying through your email and the attachment you have included didn't post.

To my understanding, you need a table on your form that would somehow look like this:

I have used the Matrix field under Survey Tools of the form builder. It is just a simple representation of what I thought you need to have. That, however, would just let you type in the needed information manually - no formats like date or time and no computation for the total hours.

Let me check for other options. If I have found any, I will let you know on this thread.

The only other option that I think you can also use is the Spreadsheet widget.
