    Hi Support,

I have a spam attack issue on my server and my host has sent me the below email as a possible solution. Can you please advise in regarding to Jotform? Thanks a lot.

    Hello David,

Do you plan to use PHP to send any emails? The reason I ask is because it's like coming from a php code somewhere on the server (if it still exists after deleting the last few files).

What I'd like to do is enable this setting: Prevent “nobody” from sending mail.

Generally PHP files well send mail as this user. Or we can disable PHP Mail altogether. However this isn't an option if you are using PHP to send mail.

    Thanks,

    Hi David,

No. The Notification Email of the form is not being sent via the PHP mail service method.

What I suggest you do is to share this article to your mail service host.

    user guide: -Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

They will be able to understand what to do once they have check this article.

Hope this help. Let us know if issue remains.

    Thanks.
