Form data is not showing up in Salesforce

    Hello,

    We have two forms integrated with Salesforce that don't appear to be working correctly. 

    The Online Donation form and Contact Us form. 

    Is there any help you can provide?

    Also, there are a ton of Salesforce fields I can't get to show up in the jotform integration. Is there another plug in or add on available or something?

    Hi Michelle,

    Have you already tried re-integration process?  May I suggest you try first.

    I have retried integration process multiple times and the form data is not making it into Salesforce. Many of the fields from the Salesforce lead object are not showing up at all as options for mapping/integration either.

    Hi,

    I made a test with your form : http://www.jotform.us/form/51095557017153, and I have integrated it with Sales Force, unfortunately, I was unable to replicate your issue, I did three submissions and received all of them.

    Please, could you try to test again ?
