Temporary a completed form can not be transmitted

    Hi,

     

    at Business I use 2 forms and privately one.

    In all three forms I have the same problem: again and again can not be transferred the completed form. Shortly afterwards, it works again. It always comes the message: The page can not be displayed


    It is whether it will be sent from a laptop or tablet. The problems have existed for 2 days and occur repeatedly.
    I let all the forms transferred to German server.

    For tips I would be very grateful.

    As far as i understand from your thread, you are not able to submit your forms properly. I've cloned and checked your forms. All of them seems working properly on my side.

    Did you embed your to your website?

    Could you please indicate the URL of your page. This will help us better analyze the problem.

    Thank you for your answer.
    We don´t have integrated the forms into our Website.

    We use the direct link to the forms. The form is displayed correctly and I can fill in everything. Sometimes, after pressing the "Send" button, the "thank you page" would displayed. But often: "The page is not available".

    Can it be that the servers are not always achievable? The problem occurs with mobile devices (LTE Access) and workstations (DSL Access).

    I am grateful for any Information.

    I've checked your forms on mobile device also. I am not able to reproduced same issue that you are having.

    Yes, this issue might be related with server.

    Can you clone the forms and try to submit it again?

    I hope it will work.

    Now I have a different Problem.

    Form failed There was an error on V8" on all forms

    Hi Beril,

     

    unfortunately we still have problems.

    If my colleagues call this form it is always displayed correctly. We have problems only when they try to submit the form.

    Often the following appears:

    "The page can not be displayed".

    My colleagues are connected through a Squid proxy server to the Internet. Can this be the reason for the Problems?

    They can connect through these Domains:

    .jotform.com
    .jotformeu.com
    .jotfor.ms

    From screenshot you provided I saw that this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/52711467932357 is causing you issues. Also I saw that you are using Internet Explorer.

    I was not able to replicate mentioned issue when I submitted your form in Internet Explorer. When I submitted your form I got redirected to thank you page.

    Please try updating Internet Explorer to latest version or try with different browser. 

    Also you mentioned that you are using specific proxy and that you think that this can cause problem. I will check with my team is that can cause that problem and I will update ticket later with my findings.

    Hi BJoanna,

    I have tried something.

    I've created a new form (Gebe Sie mir einen Namen) . My colleagues then try the old (KVP) and the new alternate (Gebe Sie mir einen Namen).

    The new always works - the old never. Can you determine what the differences are?

    It seems It is not redirecting to thank you page. I am not able to understand why it is happening.

    I will try to find a solution and get back to you.

    We would appreciate it if you could try to clone the form which is not working.

    Please, let us know the result.

    I have cloned the form. Unfortunately, the cloned version works no better than the original Version.

    I am sorry for couldn't solve your issue.

    I see that, you said My colleagues are connected through a Squid proxy server to the InternetCan this be the reason for the Problems?

    I've asked my colleague @Kiran, he also tested on Internet Explorer. It works fine on his side. He suggested to check the form on a different browser and without using proxy.

    Would you mind checking your form again and letting us know if this issue is still occurring for you?
