Firewall (Captive Portal) Bypass

    Hello!

We use a captive portal to prevent customers using our internet access until they have signed up and paid.  We want to allow our JotForm to bypass the captive portal and can do this by whitelisting your URLs.

Could I please have a list of domains / subdomains I need to allow access to?

    Cheers,

    Gareth

You can check the IPs address and domain name server list on this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

You can also whitelist the following domain names:

    jotform.us

    jotform.com

    jotform.ca

    jotformeu.com and eu.jotform.com

    jotform.me

    myjotform.com

    jotformz.com

    jotform.co

    jotformpro.com

    I hope that helps.
