    Hi,

I have a mulitpage form using page breaks

I need that form to save data into a google spreadsheet each time the next button is hit so that we can monitor where clients are leaving the process.

The form ive hosted here http://salons.rockpamperscissors.co.uk/test is supposed to save data into a google sheet, but only does so when Submit it hit on the final page, rather than when next is hit on each of the other pages

I know i could have several forms, but the data would then be spread out over numerous google sheets.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, that is how the Google Spreadsheet integration works. It only adds the data/response to the spreadsheet once the user has submitted the form. The workaround would be to create a different forms per page but as you mentioned the data will be submitted to a different/separate spreadsheet.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
