hi I've just set up a form called 'client booking form' I embedded the form on my website and completed it but it hasn't been sent to my email address that I added into the recipient email section?

    Can you help?

I have checked your form and was able to check the email address on the notification you have created. I verified that the email address is not on the bounce list

I have also checked the mail logs of the email address and all emails are being sent successfully. You can also check your email history through your account: How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

Since I have not found the email address on the bounce list and you don't have any failed emails being sent base on your email history, I would recommend you also check the Spam, Trash or Bulk Email folders on your email.

The emails can end up in these folders, but not only in webmail. It can end up in such folders on some email client as well, so it is important for you to check both webmail account and all your email clients (such as ThunderBird, Outlook, Android Mail, etc...) if there are any.

If you still can't find the email notifications on those folders, I would suggest you try to recreate the email notification on the form embedded on your account and use noreply@jotform.com for the sender's email. Here's a useful guide: Notification-Autoresponder-Email-Details

Please test your form after and let us know the outcome of the test.

We will wait for your response. Thank you.
