Why are some conditional sections in my form hidden and others not?Asked by ndavis on December 03, 2015 at 09:52 AM
I would like to hide a group of fields until a certain question is answered "yes" BUT some of the fields and the whole group are still showing up. There doesn't seem to be a pattern as to which show up and which don't. Can you please help? Thanks!
smart form conditional logic
Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to suggest trying with Show conditions instead of the Hide conditions. They show conditions do hide corresponding fields automatically until the rules do not match.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
Belated thank you! I got the form to do what I needed it to do by using the "state" "Is Not Equal To" Yes instead of "Is Equal To" No. Just needed to think in binary and realize there are different ways of saying the same thing.
On behalf of my colleague, you are welcome. If you require any other information or assistance, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to help.
