Can I do follow up mailings to registrants?

I need to send registrants a letter confirming their participation in a cruise.  My normal e mail service, Constant Contact, won't work because more than one recipient is at the same e mail address and each person needs an individualized mailing with his or her name and departure date.

Will this allow more than one person at the same e-mail address to receive an individual message?

Can it include an attachment?

I'm afraid that our newsletter app sees each email address as one person, and it doesn't allow for a personalized content that would be different for each person, so it doesn't seem quite adequate for your requirement.

Our system was not really designed for personalized followup emails, we only support personalized Autoresponders which are sent immediately upon a submission on your form.

For greater control over your emails such as sending a follow-up email after some time, please try using one of the third-party email services, such as MailChimp (How to Integrate with MailChimp), MadMimi, Constant Contact, or any other of the email services we integrate with.

So far all of the services that we have checked (constant contact which we use, mail chimp, and emma) use the e mail address as the unique identifier.

I have to find that allows use of the name fields as an identifier as well.  Any thoughts on your other partners?

You may try using AWeber, this contains an option to send follow up emails. I am not sure you can use name fields as identifiers.
