    Hello,

     

    First of all thanks a lot for your Jotform service. It is really great!

    I do have a little problem, which I could use some help with. 

    I created 2 forms and placed them on my website. One form is working perfect. However the other form is giving me the error below. This hase been going on for some days now. Please help....

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and check it again? I just visited your form and it's fine now. I have also experienced temporary downtime lately but it should now be resolved.

    I just cleared my cache, but unfortunately the problem remains:

    The weird thing is that my other form, which I also use on the site, works perfect. Aren’t the forms running on the same platform?

    Fixed the error on the cache. It is working properly now. Sorry about this.
