Reaching submission limit for Free plan?

question on my plan:  I did sign yesterday for basic, if more than 100 submits of the form (no financial or buy stuff), then I should to change my plan right?. like a survey, people will receive my form and select some options and submit, I did signup basic plan now, if I have more than 100 submits like 200 submits, should i goto next plan?. please suggest.

For submission limits, please note that they are on a monthly basis. This means, for "Free" plan, you are allowed to receive 100 regular/SSL submissions and 10 payment submissions per month. If you reached any of the submission limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. If you want to continue using your forms from there, you can either upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR you can wait for the limits to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.
