I have followed the instructions you gave me but my confirmation email still shows a blank email. I set it up to hide blank fields but they are still there. What do I do now.Page URL:

I have inspected you form and email field is missing because you did not set value of email field inside of your Autoresponders.
You need to add value of email field to the body of you Autoresponder and then will be shown when form is submitted.
