form not being forwarded?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I checked your account and I can see all the emails are being sent to your email address italgreyrescuestx@gmail.com , and I can see you are receiving the submissions in JotForm, also I could see in some of your forms you have missing data in the email notifications setting, I would suggest you to follow this guide in order to prevent email issues :
