I am not receiving emails on any of my forms.

No forms are sending me emails, Ive setup notification emails for each form and setup smtp settings

Please, paste only the email address, you should be able to receive the email notifications now, also I would suggest you to check your Junk and Spam folders, also I checked the email log for your another email ken@a1image.com and I can see all emails are being sent, take a look to this guide to prevent future issues related to bounces :
