i have a form that i want to be able to have people fill in, and then store an excel sheet in Dropbox for us all to review our form responses that the data automatically imports into when someone fills out the report.

To my understanding, you would like to have an excel file of your form submissions updated every time someone submits your form and you would like to have that excel file stored in your Dropbox account, is that correct?

If you want an excel file of your submission that will automatically update every time there is a submission made on the form, you can integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet.

There is no way we can update an excel file stored in a Dropbox account.

Or if you want you can create an excel report of your form using this guide: How-to-create-an-Excel-Report. Then, every time you access the link of the excel report it will automatically download the most updated excel report of your form submission. You can store the link in a doc file that is stored in your Dropbox account. What will happen is that you view the doc file stored in Dropbox with the link to the excel report, click the link to download the excel file.

Let us know if you have any further assistance. Thank you.

    Hi, cherylbrandsen,

I found a way on how you can easily achieve what you would like to happen without performing the instructions  I have given above.

Please check the Jotform App, Reports to Cloud.

Let us know should you have any questions or if you need assistance with the app. Thank you.
