installed theme but doesn't save

I used a simple modern theme - purchased it and installed it. but it's not loading when I view my theme.

any suggestions what I am missing?

I have followed those steps and installed the theme for my booking form.

But once it's installed I don't see a save option.

if I simply close the window it appear that it doesn't save the change? what step am I missing - do I have to clone the form then install the theme?
