What is the status of my account?

    Last week my account was displaying a message that it's under review, and would not let me into my account. I have lost money due to paying for advertising without the forms appearing on my site. Today it seems my account is up and running, could you confirm if that is the case, could you also send me an email in future if there is going to be a problem from your end?

    Hello Paul,

    I don't see any issue with your account, it is at Premium Status. 

    By the description of what you seen last week; we may have had a glitch with our automated phishing form detection system. Paying customers do not automatically have their account/forms disabled should our system flag a form as potentially suspicious; it is noted and someone from the Support team follows up, checking the form manually and contacting the customer if there is any issues that need to be addressed. 

    Was it definately your 'Kortekaas' account that you couldnt log into? 

    I apologise for the disruption to normal service, it should not happen again, but if it does please email us or contact us via the forum and will address the problem immediately.
