How to Convert Form into PDF format which Accepts Submission?

You can easily convert your form into fillable PDF format and it will accept submissions on it. To do that, you need to select your form, then select "Create PDF Form" in "My Forms" page.

On the other hand, the widgets or apps like "Form Calculation" widget won't work on this format, because there is no script compiler on PDF readers. So, if you choose to use your form in this format, you need to prepare it like a survey.

I think my colleague meant to say just a plain PDF file. Unfortunately, you cannot have the calculation in the fillable PDF. You may consider using the online version instead. But the form will require an internet connection so you should customers to fill the form only when connected online.
